Pickup
Use the portal or call customer service. Same-day pickup when the case is booked before 2:00 PM, Mon–Fri (excluding holidays we publish).
Extended routes by arrangement - lead time and any fees are quoted when you book.
Digital
Standard intraoral scan exports and STL-class uploads through your account - ask customer service if a scanner or export is new to you.
We pause production, document what failed, and contact your office with next steps - no bench charges for work that never cleared QA.
